What do you need help with?

I was just looking at my power and gas bill. It is up a fair bit year on year. Getting ridiculous. Can anyone suggest how to save money ? We are in NSW.

Our retaining wall is a bit crooked. Looking for a handyman who can take it down, rebuild, and cement the wall. Also there is a large tree stump in the path above the wall. Need to to cut it back to ground level as well.

We want to move our NBN fiber entry point from the lounge room to the study. It may need to through the sub-floor or roof area. We have a concrete pebblecrete pool. We are in Wahroonga. The water level would typically fall below the skimmer box within 2-3 days when the pump is running. There is no visible crack that we can see. Hoping to get some help to work out if there is a leak.
