What is Qonnecto?

Qonnecto is a community where everyone can connect, share information and help each other. Qonnecto was founded on three core principles ideas:

• Everyone has unique knowledge and valuable skills.
• Being able to share those knowledge and skills allows us to connect and help each other.
• Question and answer formats are restrictive; we think that being able to have a conversation in real time with another person is the best way to freely share information.

Qonnecto is a network of everyday experts. Each of us is an expert in our own fields. Qonnecto is a platform for each of us to monetizse our knowledge and insights. We can engage the service of one another to solve problems together.

Why should you use Qonnecto?

There are some questions that you cannot Google. Qonnecto goes further, by helping you to tap into the right networks and connecting you with the right people.

You may have a simple question – What do you think of this school? Can you recommend a good electrician? Or, they may be more in-depth – What do you think of my resume? Could you provide me with career advice?  Qonnecto provides you with the opportunity to connect to people who have the expertise to help.

I have a question. How does Qonnecto work?

If you have a question you can log into the app and see if there is an expert with the right expertise. Send your question over to the expert, who will look at your question and decide if they are the right person to help you. Being part of a community, we believe in most instances, every one of us would be happy to help. In some situations, you may want to make your question stand out by offering to engage the expert. You decide how much to set as the engagement fee.

Who can be an expert?

Every one of us! We all have experience and knowledge of value. You may know of a good tradesperson; your kids may go to a particular school; you may work in a particular profession;  you may know a good GP in your area. The list is endless. By sharing our knowledge, we can help each other.

Why should I be an expert?

It goes without saying it feels good to help each other. More importantly, if you have your own business, Qonnecto provides a free platform for you to build up a credible public profile by helping others. Qonnecto is a word of mouth driven channel.

While helping others, you may be compensated for your expertise through the payment of an engagement fee.

How do I find the right person to help with my question ?

It is easy. You can search the background information of our users, and then you can . Jjust reach out to the other member directly.

If your question is particularly tricky, let us know. We can research the topic and let you know what we find out, . Oor we will try to put you in touch with the right person.

 

What if the expert cannot answer the question?

You are in total control. The engagement fee is not charged until you are satisfied.

At the end of a conversation, you will be asked if your question has been resolved and if the payment can be released.

If the question is not resolved, you can look for another expert in the community. Or you can let us know - , we will be happy to help connect you with the right expert.

 

How does Qonnecto make money?

To cover the costs of managing and operating the platform, Qonnecto charges 20% of the engagement fee.

The expert receives 80% of the engagement fee.
