I first met Justin through Around the House Co when we needed help hanging a new external door. What I appreciated straight away was that he actually cared about doing the job properly rather than rushing through it.

The door itself was not a simple install. The frame was slightly out and the existing hardware had caused a few issues over time. Justin took the time to adjust everything correctly so the door closed smoothly and lined up properly. He also made sure all the gaps were even and the hardware sat nicely instead of just “making it work”.

One thing I noticed with Justin was his attention to detail. He would stop, check things twice, and make adjustments where needed instead of just accepting “good enough”. A lot of tradespeople just get in and out as quickly as possible, but Justin clearly takes pride in what he does.

Since then, we have also had him help with a few smaller handyman jobs around the house. He has always been reliable, easy to deal with, and fair with pricing. He explains things properly and gives honest advice instead of trying to oversell unnecessary work.

It is honestly refreshing dealing with someone who turns up when they say they will and delivers exactly what they promise. The only thing to keep in mind is that he is usually quite busy, so it is best to organise work ahead of time.
