My SOP for tyre pressure problem is usually:
1) go to service station to try pump up the tyre, but if it does not work,
2) off to Tyrepower Atarmon I go
I am very lucky my car's default tyres have a firm wall structure that allows me to run at least 5km to a tyre shop. Just DON'T DRIVE ONTO A EXPRESSWAY if your tyre is already low on pressure, even if you have even better tyre like those "run-flat".
Tyrepower help me fixed puncture tyre once at low cost (like $60), so this time I don't even need to think.
When I got there, the mechanic was prompt and courteous. He told me to wait for 45 min and they will try to fix it on the spot. Around 25minutes in, he said he tested everything, include submerging the whole offending tyre in water, and there was no bubble. So he has put everything back and I should be fine to go.
I asked: how much do I owe you?
He said: It is free.
The tyre seems fine now and it had been over two weeks. I think I knew what happened and I promise to myself I will be a more careful driver.
I am so grateful that Tyrepower saves my bacon again. I just want to tell the world about it!
