I’ve tried a lot of different gyms, classes and fitness programs over the years, but STRONG Somerton Park is the first place that has genuinely become part of my routine.
The workouts are the perfect mix of strength, cardio and Pilates. Every class is challenging, but the programming is so varied that it never feels repetitive. I always leave feeling stronger, fitter and in a better mood than when I walked in. Somehow it’s also the fastest 45 minutes of my day. You walk in, switch off from everything else, and before you know it the class is over.
What really sets this studio apart is the people. Every instructor is welcoming, encouraging and genuinely invested in helping members get the most out of each class. Whether you’re brand new or have been attending for years, you’re treated like part of the community from day one.
The studio itself is always spotless, the atmosphere is incredible and the little touches like the cold eucalyptus towels after class make it feel like more than just a workout.
As someone who works full-time, studies full-time and juggles a busy life, STRONG has become my non-negotiable. It is one of the best investments I’ve made in my physical and mental health. If you’re thinking about giving it a go, do it. You’ll be hooked after your first class.
