I have a staghound with significant separation anxiety. When I first adopted her, leaving her alone was incredibly difficult. Simple things like going to work, catching up with friends or running errands became stressful because I was constantly worried about how she was coping.

Thankfully, I found Steph and Adrian.

From day one, they were patient, understanding and incredibly accommodating. They took the time to learn about my dog’s personality, routines and anxiety triggers, and made sure she felt safe, comfortable and included. The difference they made to both her life and mine cannot be overstated.

One of my favourite things about S&A Dogsitting is the regular updates. Throughout the day, Steph and Adrian send photos and videos showing all the fun activities the dogs get up to. Whether they’re playing with their dog friends, relaxing in the yard or simply enjoying their day, it’s so reassuring to see your dog happy and thriving while you’re away. Instead of worrying, I find myself looking forward to the updates.

What really sets them apart is how much they genuinely care about the dogs in their care. They don’t just look after them, they celebrate them. On my dog’s birthday, Steph and Adrian organised a birthday party for her complete with special treats, photos and all her doggy friends. As a dog owner, seeing someone care about your pet that much is incredibly special and something I’ll never forget.

Every time I pick my girl up, she’s happy, relaxed and completely exhausted from all the fun she’s had. It’s obvious that she’s not just being supervised for the day, she’s having a holiday of her own.

Another thing worth mentioning is the value for money. The level of care, communication and attention they provide is exceptional, and their pricing is incredibly reasonable for the service they offer.

Finding someone you trust with your dog is not easy, especially when your dog has additional needs. Steph and Adrian have given me complete peace of mind and have quite literally been life-changing for both me and my dog.

I genuinely couldn’t imagine trusting anyone else with her.
