I first met the Director of C & LL Builders a few years ago when he came by and did some handyman repairs to my rental.

I've worked with many multi-skilled carpenters before, however was blown away by the efficiency, quality and cost... So much so, I put him forward for a full bathroom replacement.

He stripped the entire bathroom without causing damage in 1 day. Kept the work site clean and tidy and even went above and beyond and rectified a few slipped roof tiles above the bathroom space to ensure no future water damage from the roof. He noted that the base plates had some previous water damage on them, so again, went out of his way to conduct a flood test to the external walls and pressure tested the mains to ensure there were no active leaks and then replaced all the damaged base plates at no additional cost.

He turned up on day one, completed a site check, went over the budget, kept in constant communication, helped to organize the other trades that had nothing to do with him and kept an eye over the waterproofer and tiler who were hired independently to him, he even fixed up their mistakes.

He re-sheeted the bathroom, fit off the fixtures, painted, siliconed and then came back after all the trades to just ensure a quality finish.

He did way more than what was agreed upon and at no extra cost, he said he just wants a good finish and if he can help in any way, he will.

I will forever recommend this builder and his team because it is not often you come across a genuinely nice and trustworthy builder.
