I watch a lot of K-dramas.
I typically prefer the soft fluffy series, rather than the heavy going ones.
My true test of if a K-drama is good is if I would stay up pass bed time and keep watching the next episode, hit the next cliff hanger, and decide to push on. Before I know it, it is 2 or 3am.
With that in mind, some good K-drama to check out in 2026 so far and their Asianwiki rating:
Phantom Lawyer (92)..... A bit of a spoiler. I love the last few episodes when he re-united with his Dad.
To My Beloved Thief (94)
Can this Love be Translated (94)... Personally, think Resident Playbook is better.
Honour (92).... Story line is a bit heavy going but plenty of twists and turns. Also it had antagonists that one can despise.
The Art of Sarah (92)..... A mystery until the very end. Heavy going and I felt sad afterwards.
In Your Radiant Season (93).... A nice and fluffy rom-com. Felt a bit too long but it was nice and fluffy. What do you say to that :)
Perfect Crown (91)........ A fun premise if monarchy still exists in modern day Korea. And the classic the prince and his bride vs. the evil queen.
The Wonderfools (92)...... 3 endearing misfits with "stupid" super power. One word. It was funny.
