Theo joined Invest Blue (now Ironbark)

We came across Theo from Invest Blue when my husband and I were looking for help with our super and future planning for our family. Theo has helped us for over 6 years now, guiding us to make better financial decisions across the board — from assisting with our superannuation, to disability and life insurances, right through to general guidance on things like investing, saving for holidays, and looking after our family's future.

Invest Blue, now under the Ironbark Services umbrella, has always been so helpful for us. Over the years we've watched our super grow, and we've been able to make some great family choices along the way — things like holidays, home renovations, and general budgeting — all with the confidence that comes from actually understanding our financial position, rather than just guessing. Having someone to help navigate some of these trickier financial decisions has honestly made such a difference for us.

Originally Theo used to come out to our home for a once-a-year meeting, but when COVID hit we switched over to Zoom calls, and it's stuck ever since. Now that we're all so busy, if we can make it into the office locally we do, but otherwise we just jump on a Zoom call, which he's always been very accommodating with — fitting around our schedule rather than the other way around.

I often recommend Theo to others who aren't sure where to start when it comes to making their super work harder for them, or who feel a bit overwhelmed by it all — it's such a common thing, and having someone break it down and guide you through it really takes the stress out of it.

We'll also be looking at future investing down the track, so we'll no doubt have plenty of questions for him at our next meeting too. After 6+ years, we wouldn't trust anyone else with our family's financial future.
