Our hot water system stopped working on a Sunday morning. I called Proximity Plumbing, and they responded much faster than expected. The plumber arrived on time, explained everything clearly, gave me a fixed quote, and replaced the faulty hot water unit the same day. The workmanship was excellent, and they left the area spotless.
