Southline plumbing and gas

I have had a great experience dealing with Southline Plumbing and Gas. They are extremely responsive and provide clear, helpful communication from the outset.

Recently, I contacted them regarding a hot water system that was hissing and dripping water. I sent through a video of the issue, and they responded within minutes with their thoughts on what the issue could be, along with an estimated cost for the repair if it was the hot/cold relief valve ($385). They also advised that they would contact me from site if they determined that the hot water system required replacement.

I really appreciated the level of communication and initiative. Having an idea of the likely issue and potential cost before sending a contractor out allowed me to provide the owner with useful information upfront, rather than simply advising that we needed to send a plumber out to investigate with no indication of what the issue or potential cost might be.

The owner was also very happy with the information provided and thanked me for taking the initiative to get as much information as possible beforehand.

Overall, Southline Plumbing and Gas have been professional, responsive and easy to deal with, and I would definitely recommend them.
