Mop masters cleaning

I have had an excellent experience working with Mop Masters Cleaning, particularly Jack, who is always extremely responsive, professional and helpful.

I have used Mop Masters for a number of cleaning jobs and have always found Jack to be upfront and clear with his pricing. His communication is excellent, and we have experienced very few issues with the work completed. His team also have a great attention to detail, which is particularly important when dealing with vacate cleans and preparing properties for new tenants.

Jack is also very knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond to help.

One job that particularly stood out involved a property where a tenant had vacated and there was a significant amount of soot throughout the living room. Jack was upfront about the cost, which was $1,100, but also made it clear from the beginning that, due to the extent of the soot, there was a possibility it may not completely come off.

After the initial clean, Jack actually re-attended the property free of charge to have another attempt at removing the soot. While it ultimately couldn't be completely removed, he was able to prepare the walls so they were ready for repainting.

What impressed me most throughout this job was Jack's communication and transparency. There were no surprises, and he continued to keep us informed throughout the process. Although we didn't achieve the result we hoped for, the level of customer service and communication left a fantastic impression.
