A few days ago I was helping a friend from W.A. with a chore which had caused him much frustration.

As I attempted to resolve his concerns I became very aware of why he may have become annoyed.    I tried many online resources with no success at all.

I am not one who believes in giving up & so I started to contact a few local real estates in his area letting them know what my friends needs were.  

Bernadette Nolte from B Residental Property Management went above & beyond.  I was after a particular service for my friend & Bernadette immediately responded to my email (or contact form on her website).  She offered to help & then thoroughly followed through.  Her info was invaluable & gave me inspiration to keep pursuing the info I needed.  (Please note the request I made to Bernadette was completely outside the purview of her position).  

I did eventually find the info I needed to pass to my friend.
