I recently used Aquajak Plumbing for a major plumbing project for an extension which had a new ensuite including sewer installation, rough-in plumbing, fit-off work, and stormwater connections into the existing lines. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish.
His team was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced in handling complex plumbing work in such tight spaces. Every stage of the project was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. The rough-in and fit-off were done with great attention to detail thinking of future tradesmen working in those areas, and all connections were completed neatly and correctly with no issues at all.
One thing that really impressed me was their communication throughout the job. They kept me informed on progress including if there were any delays with materials, explained everything clearly, and worked well with other trades on site to ensure everything ran smoothly. The work area was always left clean and organised at the end of each day.
The stormwater and sewer connections into the existing lines were completed seamlessly, and it’s obvious they take pride in delivering quality workmanship that will last long term. Their pricing was also very fair ($110 per hour plus materials) and competitive considering the large amount of work involved.
